Cylinder lock cycles test machine
Test equipment function:
The equipment is designed in accordance with ANSI/BHMA A156.5 and EN 1303 standards, which meet the requirements of these standards. The servo motor can precisely control the rotation angle, torque, speed and force of the key. The variable rotation center coupling is adopted to avoid the lock cylinder blocking and excessive wear caused by the misalignment between the key and the rotation center of the motor.
A constant torque load of 3 in.-lbf (.34 Nm) shall be applied at the “cam” end via magnetic brake as required by ANSI/BHMA A156.5.
Set test parameter on the touch screen, install the lock cylinder, clamp the key, adjust the lock cylinder fixing seat to align the lock cylinder hole with the key, set the lock cylinder cam position sensor, test program, and automatically run the cycle test. When the pull/push force or torque of the key exceed setting, the device will stop automatically.
