Test equipment function
The equipment meets Standard requirement of ANSI/BHMA A156.3-2020、EN1125 and EN179 to perform durability, operational and strength test. It is suitable for panic exit device. The operating force (release force) can be monitored during cycle test, and the specific cycle number and the release force limit can be set on the HMI.
The test door can be closed by door closer or pulled to close by actuator. It is applicable for Grade 1 to grade 3 and can be set to different test method as described in standards
Inside cycles tests
1)，Apply a net 20 to 22lbf load on the latch.
2)，Push on the actuating bar to open the door.
3)，Release actuating bar and close the door by door closer or pulling the actuating bar.
4)，Following a dwell period in the latched position cycling shall continue for set cycles
5)，If the door can’t be opened or closed properly, the system will stop test automatically.
