Concealed Door Closer Life Testing Machine
Test equipment function:
The Door closer cycle test machines are designed for durability test of different types of door closer. It can be easily set to test standard arm, parallel arm, and concealed mounting door closer. The test doors are actuated by air cylinder and monitored by door sensor. And test door mass, opening speed, closing speed and door opening angle can be adjusted according to power sizes as EN, BHMA standard required. The equipment includes multiple stations and controlled individually. If door closer failed, the equipment can stop contain test door automatically. The equipment includes a touch screen to set, control and display the test cycles.
