Spring Door Hinge Durability Test Machine
Device Functions:
This device is designed and manufactured strictly according to the latest ANSI/BHMA A156.17 standards. It's suitable for certification lab testing, and can also be used for product design verification before factory production as well as random testing during production. The device uses PLC control, with a touchscreen to set test programs, and a motor to drive the swinging arm, meeting the testing requirements of the latest ANSI/BHMA A156.17 standard.
It is used for spring hinge life testing. Depending on the size of the spring hinge, different test door weights are configured. The motor drives the swinging arm to open the test door within a specified time, then the door is released and closes under the spring hinge action. The device then pushes the door open to 90 degrees in the opposite direction, releases it, and lets it close back to 0 degrees under the spring hinge action. With a special drive arm and pneumatic control, it allows flexible adjustment of the opening angle and door opening time, reducing the impact on the test door when it returns to 0 degrees. The device is stable, durable, and easy to maintain and set up. It meets the latest ANSI/BHMA A156.17 standard testing requirements. Sensors monitor in real time and automatically stop the machine if the spring hinge sample fails.
